Storage is almost always a gap, not a plan. The handover slipped by ten days, the renovation ran over, the posting came through before the house did. Charging a full month for ten days is how storage is normally sold in this market. We charge for the days you use.
By the day, not by the month
You pay for the days your goods are actually with us. If a two-week gap turns into three weeks, you pay for the extra week — not for a second month. It is a small difference on paper and a large one on the bill.
How goods are kept
Covered and dry, off the floor, wrapped as they came off the vehicle. Furniture stays sheeted, mattresses stay filmed, and cartons stay stacked by household rather than mixed in with everybody else's. Your stack is your stack.
In and out without a second move
Goods go into storage straight off the vehicle that collected them, and come out onto the vehicle that delivers them. Every extra handling is another chance of damage, so we avoid the ones that exist only for our convenience.
What we will not store
No food, no chemicals, no fuel, no fireworks, no live plants, and nothing we are not legally allowed to hold. We also do not offer climate-controlled storage — if you have something that genuinely needs it, we will tell you we are the wrong people for that job.
What you get in writing, before loading day. Every rate is split into four lines — vehicle and distance, loading and unloading, packing material, and extras. Nothing is hidden inside a single round number, so if a figure changes you can see which one changed.
