An office move is judged by one thing: whether people can work on Monday morning. Everything else — how the desks were wrapped, how the cables were labelled, what time the truck left — only matters because it decides that. We plan office moves backwards from the hour you need to reopen.
Planned around the hours you are closed
Most office shifts happen on a Friday evening or across a weekend. We agree that window first, then work out how many vehicles and how many loaders are needed to finish inside it. A plan that needs everything to go perfectly is not a plan, so the schedule carries slack for the lift being busy and the parking being occupied.
Workstations, chairs and partitions
Workstations come apart in a set order and go back together in the reverse one. The screws, brackets and cable trays for each desk travel in a bag taped to that desk — not in one shared box that nobody can sort out at the other end. Chairs stack on their own, never under a desk top, because a gas lift under load is how chairs arrive bent.
Servers, network gear and UPS
Racks are emptied and the equipment moved padded and upright. Power and network cables are labelled at both ends before anything is pulled. Batteries and UPS units travel secured and separate. If your IT team wants to handle the shutdown and restart themselves, we work around their timing — that is usually the right call and we will not argue with it.
Files, records and confidentiality
Filing cabinets move locked wherever possible, and open cabinets are sealed before they leave the floor. Record rooms are boxed in sequence and numbered so the order survives the journey. Nothing is left loose on a trolley in a shared corridor while the crew goes back up for the next load.
What you get in writing, before loading day. Every rate is split into four lines — vehicle and distance, loading and unloading, packing material, and extras. Nothing is hidden inside a single round number, so if a figure changes you can see which one changed.

Where we do this
We load in Islamabad and drive. Corporate Relocation is available in Rawalpindi and across the twin cities, and on every intercity route we run — Lahore, Karachi, Multan, Peshawar, Gujranwala, Abbottabad and the rest. Each city page carries its own distance from Islamabad and what that journey actually involves.
